Answer #1

Company’s accounts receivable section should be seen in the annual report of 2018.

Under the “notes to financial statements” such detail is arrived. Major customers and groups of customer of company’s product are in this category.

They are as below:

No.1) Cellular network: this is third-party of the company, since it taken rights of selling company’s products – such as mobile phone, laptop, etc. It constitutes 59% of total trade receivables.

No.2) Group of intermediary: in this category there are wholesalers, retailers, and resellers. They purchase products from the company on credit and sale those in the market with sole responsibility.

No.3) Various educational sectors: They serves teaching and therefore require infrastructure – like computer class room. Jointly these sectors create a huge part in the receivable on regular basis.

No.4) Government: Like Federal government, computers are highly demanded in other countries too. The company has tie ups with other government for selling computers on regular basis. Therefore, such amount appears in the receivable in good numbers.

No.5) Non-trade receivable from manufacturing vendors: They actually manufacture company’s products. While doing so they purchase spare parts from the company and pay for such in latter. Therefore, this appears in this section.
