Here are the structure of the compound containing all cis \& Trans relationship as hashed (down) and wedge (up) bonds

In the given chair conformation of sugar beta-D-allose the hydroxyl (-OH) functional groups in the carbon atom \(\mathrm{C}-1\) and \(\mathrm{C}-4\) are below the plane so it will be hashed bond whereas functional groups at \(\mathrm{C}-2(-\mathrm{OH}), \mathrm{C}-3(-\mathrm{OH}) \& \mathrm{C}-4\left(-\mathrm{CH}_{2} \mathrm{OH}\right)\) are above the plane

so it comes as wedge bonds. This type of confirmation is called Mills projection.
