The opportunity cost of fourth truck is 1 Tank.

As, from the graph we can see that he was getting 3 truck and 3 Tank in the node C. So, now because he takes another truck the total tank got reduced to 2. So, difference between C and B is = 3 - 2 = 1 Tank
