1) The Model is reliable. In the given scatter plot the correlation coefficient (r = 0.85) is representing the data is highly postively correlated that means if admissions examination scores increases then Freshman year GPA would increase. The model is reliable with in the range. It is a linear model as well . For interpolation we can use the model to predict the GPA scores and admissions score.

2) Here 7 and 150 are both are not in the model. For Extrapolation, the data values are very furthest so in that situation the model may produce unsatisfactory results therefore the model in Unreliable for 150 because it is beyond the limits.
