He will be led to the conclusion of judges. They will be guided by reason, natural law and morality. No matter how much necessary it would have been to kill the boy, the law will hold dudley and Stephens guilty. The life of all four men is equal in natural law and there is no justication to kill the boy for survival of others. The severity of necessity will however lessen the punishment. But they will be held guilty.Not doing so will set an unhealthy precedent and men will kill each other citing necessity as the cause. One can not use evil acts to achieve good outcome
