As Asked for the second question:

A. With the queue as a circular linked list, we can go over the things turn by turn and if they require a task in a recursive way then we don't have to pop and then push it again into the queue. It will come automatically.

B. With the help of a doubly-linked list, we can have moved in the forward or in the backward direction and if we want to move to the more value then we need to move forward, if we want to move to less value then we need to move in the backward direction.

C. The queue would be a good structure for this purpose, the new patients should be added to the back of the queue and old ones will be taken out from the queue.

D. The stack would be the good structure because we need to access the element which was added recently, this can be done with stack easily.
