Ben remained in Poland and as he later informed John, was in constant trouble with the law. John sent this letter to Ben “in view of my success and our friendship and your previous kindness to me, I will send you money to come to the USA and give you permanent employment” Ben accepted. John sent the money. Ben sold his land in Poland and came to the USA. John gave Ben a job. Weeks later during a Vodka drinking and pig eating contest, Ben and John had an argument and John fired Ben. Does Ben have any claim against John?
