First for this we will write balanced molecular equation

Pb(NO3)2 (aq) + 2 KBr(aq) -----> PbBr2 (s) + 2KNO3(aq)

From the table we got to know that PbBr2 is not soluble in nature

Now we will seperate aqueous species into its ions to write ionic equation

Which will be as follows

Ionic equation

Pb2+ +2NO3- + 2K+ + 2Br- -----> PbBr2 + 2K+ + 2NO3-

as we can see some species are present on both sides of the reaction

This are called spectator ions

If we remove this we get net ionic equation

Which will be as follows

Pb2+ + 2Br- -----> PbBr2
