Yes work breakdown structure can be really very helpful in developing an effective time management schedule because in work breakdown structure there is a main focus on dividing the work into smaller sections so that there can be easiness in completing the work and handle the workload in an efficient manner.Thus when the work will be divided into smaller sections then it will help in time management schedule because time can be fixed for each section of work very comfortably because it will not be any difficult task to assign time to different tasks.Because in an organization when the work is not being divided into smaller sections then it will not be easy to plan about how to do different types of tasks in a proper way. Breakdown simplifies the process of doing various activities and actions in the organization which ultimately help in making proper planning of how to complete different activities in a specified period of time.Thus a proper schedule can be easily formed when there is simplification in the workload of the organization.Also such a structure helps in alloting different jobs to different persons according to their skills and capabilities so that there can accuracy and efficiency in the working of the organization.
