One of the most important characteristics of organized crime is team work which would last for long time. They would be loyal to the group they belong to because of the second major characteristic which is the strict hierarchy. This would mean people in the group would have a proper role to play in team and they would also be monitored and controlled by the supervisors in the hierarchy. They plan well and stick to their plans as a team and they would have a reserved fund which would be used to take care of the officials if one of their members is arrested. They also have specified roles in the group depending on their special talents. They would have their team norms and would also employ high level of violence even on their own team members if they are found to be disloyal.
