The Correct Answer is True.

Sedimentary rocks are exposed the way they are deposited as if there is going to be any change post their deposition, they will be categorized as metamorphic rocks. Hence they are exposed in the original form as they were buried, some minor changes can be there, but there will not be any chemical change.
