1. Connectivity problem with mobiles lies with the connectivity through mobile data or wifi.

Issues with mobile data

• Turn on and off the mobile data. If wifi is on at that time, turn it off and then again check. Still if the mobile data indicator is not shown up, there may be a problem of less signal coverage.
• Turn on and off the air plane mode with a break of 10 seconds and again check for mobile data connectivity. Still if it doesn’t work out, then problem lies with signal coverage. If you are in a good signal area, then problem is with the signal capturing antenna in the mobile.

Problem with wifi

After turning on the wifi in mobile and still if wifi is not getting connected, then move as close as possible towards wifi router to be in a good strength coverage area. Else restart the router again.

2. Failure of downloads through a built in download manager in android occur when there is problem with the cache. In this case, clear the cache and restart the device and then download again.

If the downloaded files are not found, then problem is with the file manager. Install another file manager and look out for the files.
