IIn your own words explain can the arts be used as a tool of government? Explain.

Arts in its various forms such as songs, dance, drawing, painting, sculpture etc. were used as the tool to promote the activities of the governments to promote themselves both domestically and abroad. Different people are attracted towards different stimuli which means using different means to reach out to people thus becomes important for the governments rather using just some printed materials. Today, we also see the governments using arts through various digital platforms. In my opinion, arts could have a greater impact than mere words both written and spoken.
