Yes, it’s ethical to monitor.It is ethically acceptable that managers N, M and A to monitor the web surfing of the employees.
Rights & Duties.
Employees of the ‘The N’ cocktail bar are expected to work for the company and stay on duty serving the clients of the bar. The web resources laptop, computer, web access are provided to the employees to handle the responsibilities of the role at the bar. The resources are not intended or provided to perform employee’s personal work and surfing websites, gamble, social networking etc.
It may appear that monitoring of usage invades privacy of the employees. The resources are provided by the company to support the duties of the employees.
The mangers can document and publish web usage policy and the fact that web usage monitoring to make it clear and transparent with the employees, in employee trainings and hiring process.

In order to protect information systems employee exit program should be a smooth process.
KT – Knowledge Transfer from the departing employee to existing project members.
Recovery – recovery of company provides physical assets like computers, mobile devices, token devices, revoking privileges, permissions, important files and documents etc.
Revoking security privileges, permissions, entry badges, admit cards etc
Smooth Exit interview- Have an exit interview with the employee who is leaving the company.
Off-boarding event- Conduct an event with project members with exit employee talking about the employee and experiences with him/her during the tenure of the company. Make the event memorable for the employee and existing employees in the company. This softens the tone between the management and the exit employee.
