The company is Amazon. It is an online service company which sells goods through website and mobile application. The service it provides home delivery of products which are purchase by the customer to its website on mobile app. The company has a large number of buyers and sellers registered on which platform.
This is not a manufacturing company but rather it is a service company. It provides the service of home delivery of the product which is purchased by the customer. It also gives the option of cash on delivery and payment before delivery of goods, depending upon the need of the customer.

Core transformation process involves what the company is currently doing but in totally different way. Amazon is an great example of core transformation. This is because the company was initially started in a garage by selling online books. It claimed itself as the largest online book sellers, but gradually it transformed itself into selling almost all the products and services. It has transformed itself world's largest online retail store.

Interdependence in Amazon is pooled interdependence, this is because the organizational or business unit performs completely as different and separate functions, having their own role to play. Amazon has different departments which have their own set of duties responsibilities and accountability towards the organization. It has separate departments such as human resource, web Services, digital management, worldwide consumer affairs, corporate development, corporate office operations, marketing, technical advisor ,strategic Advisors etc. while different based departments may directly not interact with each other but they are dependent upon one another in a pool interdependence model in which each has its own contribution like the individual pieces of the same puzzle, which makes the organization complete.
