Answer #1

It is definitely possible for the line employees to show good work ethics and create an example for the top management to follow it. The only problem in this case would be the mindset of the people. If the top management of the company is corrupt then it very difficult to convince them and make them change the way they do business. But the employees can also do the good work and set a standard for others to follow in the company. If the top management is open to changes and has a learning mindset then the line employees can actually encourage them to change. Any business owner will know that the truth that the success of the business depends a lot on the employees. So they will have to respect the good work done by those employees and consider it seriously. When the ethics shown by the line employees start showing positive signs for the business, the top management cannot neglect and they will have to appreciate it. This can become the starting point of the organizational change and the top management adapts good work ethics to keep the employees encouraged to do more good work. So it is all about trying to do the right thing and encouraging the others to do the same.
