Apply KVL in the upper loop -

20 V = 0.5*I2 + 10*I1 + 2.5*I2

=> 10*I1 + 3*I2 = 20---------------------------------------------(i)

Now, apply KVL in the lower loop -

47 V = 0.5*I3 + 1.5*I3 + 10*I1

=> 10*I1 + 2.0*I3 = 47 ---------------------------------------(ii)

At the node 'a' apply KCL -

I1 = I2 + I3 -----------------------------------------(iii)

So, the above (i), (ii) and (iii) are three distinct equations which are your answers.
