The five (5) newer/trending treatment methods are short-term approach, group work, biomedical, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)

All are pointing human behaviour like how to behave , think , feel.psycho dynamics explain role of unconscious mind , Sigmund Freud works in this approach. Behavioural approach focus on learned behaviour. Edward thorndike and John B Watson works in this fields . Cognitive is based on mental process like memory, thinking , problems solving, it is Jean peaget and albert bandura .role of motivation in thought and behaviour is explained in humanistic approach, this explain Abraham maslow's. In system approach it emphasizes the pattern of behaviour. Dialectical behaviour therapy use certainl congnitive therapy. EMDR help to people fast heal from distress and bad life experience. In The sucidal tendency people dialectical behaviour therapy work effectively.
The utilization of this all programs are effective in patients like anxiety, stress and other cognitive, personality disorder . The psychologist and councillors use all techniques for patients problems solving.
