How do I know where to take the moment of the area in the moment diagram when trying to find the tangential deviation.
Please find the solution in attached image and ask any further query in comment section.

How do I know where to take the moment of the area in the moment diagram...
how do I do this problem. i know to take the
derivative but I don't know what to do with the values.
2. Suppose demand is given by Qa = 31 +2P. - 2P where I is income, P, is the price of a related good, and P is the price of the product. If I = 6, P. = 17, and P = 10, find (a) the price elasticity of demand: (b) the income elasticity of demand: (c) the...
How do you find the standard deviation of a data set of numbers? I know the median, and the upper and lower quartile numbers. I am making a box plot and need to know how to graph that on a box plot as well. For example let us say the numbers are 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9. How would you find the standard deviation?
I do not understand where and how i did wrong, please let me
know! Thank you!
P4 4) [8 pts] A block of mass 10.5 kg on an inclined plane (angle 0-320) ls attached to a cord that is wrapped around a wheel of radius 14.0 cm as in the figure. As the block slides the wheel turns and the cord unwinds. The acceleration of the block down the incline (which is frictionless) is measured to be 2.50 m/s2. Assume...
I know the answers but I do not know how to solve
them.
6. It can be shown that the electric force exerted on a moving charge between large pole faces of a horseshoe magnet is given by 4nkimqUP m/e Nite: the lare pole the n-pale is also,ド charge. where A is the area of the pole face. What velocity (parallel to the pole face) does an electron require to orbit in a circular path of radius 1 cm? The...
H10-1: For the following
diagram, find the moment of inertia of the shaded area with respect
to the x and y axes (Ix and Iy).
Please help! I don't even know where to start. I know
to do the sum of the forces in both directions but I'm not sure how
that translates with the angle!
Problem 4 (7 points). The figure below shows the positions of two α particles(each alpha particle (a) has a charge +2e) and an electron. a) Draw a clear and neat free-body diagram for either sphere at equilibrium. (2 points) b) Determine the magnitude and direction of the resultant force...
I know how to do these and I know that the N is Nsp2 - Csp2 but
I do not understand why the N is Nsp2 and not Nsp3 since there are
technically 4 domains? I would assume that it would be Nsp3 with
the amount of domains but I have noticed the trend of it being
Nsp2, what is the reasoning for this? Thank you!!!

solve this using AREA MOMENT METHOD ONLY. show the moment
diagram by parts as well

Draw the M/El diagram by parts along with the combined moment diagram. Use the moment-area method to find (a) the slope at the free end, (b) the maximum deflection, and (c) deflection at the middle of the simply supported beam shown in the Fig. 1., E=29x103 kip/in2. and I = 209 in4.
I know the number of students, mean and standard deviation - how do I calculate how many students will receive a score within 1 standard deviation? two standard deviations?
