research about intellectual property rights (IPR) and copyright laws.
Stan Smith, a recent graduate from a small southern Utah town,
has started a small art and design studio. A client requests him to
create a design and screen-print it on about twenty shirts to be
used for business promotional purposes. Smith creates the design
and goes to the only screen printer in town to have the shirts
printed with his new design. The printer is Smith's former
part-time employer, who had largely provided Smith with the
necessary economic resources while Smith commuted regularly to
attend school. Further, the printer is an active member of a small,
rather tight group of businessmen in the community, into which
Smith has recently been accepted.
About two weeks after Smith delivers the screen-printed shirts to
his client, he observes a number of individuals in town wearing
shirts very similar to those he has just delivered to his client.
When he goes to the printer's shop, Smith discovers many shirts
hanging on racks, printed with his copyrighted design.
Based on the scenario and your research, answer the following questions:
Solution:
Since, Smith has a copyright he is basically saying that he owns
the design so that other people can't use it. For example, so what
is Smith should do is basically talk to the printer and ask them to
stop using his shirts if that doesn't work because of the copyright
laws, then he can send the printer a case and deist letter as well
as potentially use for income generated from the shirts.
Furthermore, the last part says consider his position in the
community, so what Smith should really do is talk to the printer
first without threatening legal action. The three hosting companies

The advantages of web updating are that you are able to constantly change the information or your website as opposed to a book where once the information is printed it can't be changed easily. The disadvantages in the traditional sense, but since it is so easily to update the content of the website that do not have up to date content are seen as out of date because it is such widely accepted standard to have updates and content. So not having correct information could lose your members etc. the other ones are more what you would talk about for your website, but then the difference between maintenance and updating is content that is on your website so that you always have new content that you already have.
For example, like blogs or Facebook where you are constantly updating it with new posts and information whereas maintenances is like making sure that the site isn't down. Another example would be when Obamacare website came out, and the maintenances part was needed because they are fixing an actual error in the difference the two, one is updating the content and the site whereas the other is fixing bugs in the site.

Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change. In either type of situation, when business owners know the law, they can better protect themselves and sometimes even avoid the problems completely. This chapter...
