buoyant force = ρLquid *Vsubmerged * g

here V and ρLquid is same for all boxes and g = 9.8 m/s2 so

the buoyant force will be the same on all there box

initially, the anchor was on boat and boat have a larger surface area so it displaces more water

when you throw out the anchor in the water, anchor displaces less water so the water level  

decreases slightly
