The law enforcement officers are provided good training in ensuring their own safety, applicable laws and how to handle the culprits and convicts.

But sometimes I find they handle old, weak, patients and drug addicts very indifferently and in a manner too harsh for them.

Many times the investigations are bent more towards forcible conviction of the suspects, without sufficient investigation and collection of facts. They behave and appear too harsh and dangerous for the suspects who, cannot dare to behave normal and speak truth during investigations.

The way a suspect is treated—including their civil rights and liberties, if any.

As mentioned earlier the American criminal justice system is designed for fair treatment to suspects during their investigations or till the crime is proved, but the investigations many times become threatening and too harsh to be for humans.

It needs to be monitored and the camera recordings of the investigations should be used more frequently for the training of the law enforcement officers.

I am not sure of drinking water, room atmospheric temperatures during investigations but such minimum amenities should be ensured to the suspects during the investigations.

The way their court system handles the case, and the potential outcomes of those cases.

The court system beyond doubts is excellent except for more speedy trials.

The justice given out in the court rulings are the best in the world and exemplary also keeping in view, always, the equal human rights for all.

There is minimum corruption in the system and the judicial acts and laws cover all possible scenarios to provide justice without prejudice.
