For an acid
HX--> H+ + X- ,In solution acid ionizes like this

Ka= [H+][X-]/[HX]
So when Ka value is high , more H+ ions are formed. This makes acid more
stronger. Hence higher the Ka value , the acid is stronger. Among
the given set oxalic acid has highest Ka value [ 5.4E-2]. So it is
the strongest acid
