For example, at my work, we use a tool called Canvas for the instructors to use in order to develop their courses and provide files to students. Another example is Hyperion which is used by our Finance team. Etc.
3) Share your perspective on why Knowledge Sharing has become an important process nowadays in many organization and comment on how to transfer TACIT and EXPLICIT information throughout the organization.

-Human resources plan- I am working in a software development project. The human resources plan includes the number of resources as well as the skill-set that they will have respectively. The human resource plan also includes the duration of availability of these resources. Additionally, the plan also covers how the performance will be measured and evaluated and how matters will be escalated when required
-Deliverables contain the list and description of products and results that the project expected to produce and the associated services.
