a)we have to calculate degrees of freedom of numerator and denominator.

in ratio degrees of freedom in numerator is k - 1= 3 - 1= 2

degrees of freedom in denominator is n-k = 30-3= 27

now corresponding p value to f ratio 4.25 and degrees of freedom 2, 27

The p-value is .02485. The result is significant at p < .05.

b) p value is less than significance label so we have to reject null hypothesis it means that all group means are not same
