It is the degree of complexity that determines the overall approach to a project we will aquire, the resources requiere, tools and techniques neds to be implemented. so the experts has been defined some fameworks to handle the complexity such as Luhmannian system theory which understands the world as unmanageable due to its overwhelming complexity in it. therefore we need to create systems in order to reduce complexity to a manageable degree.
