dipole length l = 1 cm at a mid point is l/2

so l/2 = 0.5 cm

the distance between the e and - e is r = 10 cm - 0.5 cm = 9.5 cm

the force between e and -e is F = kq1q2/r2 = 9*109*e*(-e)/(0.095)2

F = - 9*109*1.6*10-19*1.6*10-19/(0.095)2 = 2.552*10-26 N
