Using second law of motion

net force acting = mass * acceleration

as the boats move with constant speed , acceleration = 0

net force acting = 0 *mass

net force acting = 0 N

hence , the net force acting on speedboat A is equal to net force acting on speedboat B.

as the acceleration of both boats is zero
