If a compound has two chrical centres how can I go about working out the configuration about each centre?
I've got to work out if A and B are either R or S
I wanted help with the working as I have no idea how to get
there.
The two chirality centres shown in streptimidone below and labelled A and B have the configuration H3C H
This is a compound with R, S configuration. Is this a meso
compound? If so, name the compound. If not, modify it by replacing
groups (there can be multiple answers) to make it a meso compound
and name it afterward.
Label each stereogenic C centre in compounds 1-8 as R
or S (remember to label centres in multistriatin);Classify where
