Results in my opinion:
Windscribe VPN outperforms Hide.me VPN by providing better features. Winscribe VPN is cheaper when compared to Hide.me which makes it budget friendly. Also Windscribe's servers are faster than Hide.me and achieve better results while playing High Definition videos online.
Limitations of the systems:
In spite of good performance both of these VPNs cannot match the features, speed and network size of the top performing VPNs like Nord VPN and IPVanish. The developers need to work more in order to match the likes of top performing VPNs.
