if we see the graph, the first watershed has more chances of flooding due to its short distance to cover to reach the outlet and wide-area which accumulates the more amount of water in a short duration, which shows a large peak and high chances of flood.

the second watershed is having a long distance to reach the outlet and comparatively less wide than the first watershed which shows a reduced peak and there are fewer chances of flood.
