If the payment by card was not validated by the bank, the system will ask the customer to call the pharmacy de to failure in payment online. And in both cases, the system will save the customer's information and address. When the payment is confirmed and the order online is completed, the employee in the pharmacy receives the customer order from the system. The employee will prepare the order, and update the inventory. Update the status of the order that it was out for delivery and puts an order for a driver to pick up the order. When the driver will deliver the medicine to the customer, the driver will request signature on a handheld device indicating that the order delivery is completed and the system will update the status of the order to be delivered.
