A code of ethics is generally based on many standards and ideals that employers seek to achieve through their employees, such as completeness, honesty, integrity and accountability. Every organization must develop its own code of ethics with clear moral principles of which employees will fulfill their businesses. This will allow the organization to create a safe working atmosphere that will treat all workers equally and help each employee establish a good business culture.

Ethics means moral or collection of standards or laws that must be followed in a place of work. A code of ethics is very relevant for businesses as it lays out explicitly the rules of conduct and provides a framework for a defensive warning. Regardless of size, every organization depends on its employees to create an ethical framework to uphold. Ethics codes are a guide for evaluation and practitioners may use them to measure their work behaviour.A organization defines these ethics to safeguard its integrity and image. In the absence of an ethical norm, each one of us will obey one another's will and will act in accordance with one's own reasoning method. There is no law, and administration is going to be difficult. To operate the entire program effectively, a uniform code of conduct is required.
