mue_k = 0.60

As the refregerator is moving with consatnt speed, Fnetx = 0

Fp - fk = 0

Fp = fk

= mue_k*m*g

= 0.6*61*9.8

= 358.7 N

For not to tip, net torque on the refregerator must be zero.

now apply net torque about point B = 0

m*g*(0.8/2) - Fp*h = 0

Fp*h = m*g*0.4

h = m*g*0.4/Fp

= 61*9.8*0.4/358.7

= 0.667 m <<<<<<--------------Answer
