Windward side.

As the winds move towards mountains they contain moisture. Now after striking the mountain, orographic lifting takes place. That is due to mountain the air strikes and starts to go up. As it goes up it cools and condenses. As a result most precipitation happens on windward side.

On the other hand, by the time wind Crosse the peak and move to leeward side, it has lost moisture to windward side. Also it starts to sink along the slope. Sinking air doesn't cause condensation. So this side is devoid of moisture.
