Answer #1

Ans) An infrared telescope on a mountain top in peru

in reality we need all kinds of telescope because every electomagnetic waves from outer space is useful to delineate the universe, and each wavelength gives different views and data about the source and structures. but when we built a telescope we have to consider so many things to ensure the functioning and quality of data acquisition. the primary problem is our atmosphere which reduces the quality of data, so its always better to go higher in atmosphere as the height increases air density decreases so its effect on these radiations. so, from all these telescope an infrared telescope on a mountain is reasonable one so that the output of the telescope will gives a good quality results.
