The cultural insensitivity that I have seen is about my workplace. It is a credit card company which assigns high risk associated with the Muslim clients, therefore, are engaged in high-level verification prior to assigning a credit card to them. However, the same is not disclosed but the process of checks is much more strict compared to any other religion. They are considered to be clients to which high risk is attached to. This leads to a delay in their card approval many times due to multiple levels of cross verification.
