a) let the maximum charge is Q

as Q^2/(2 * C) = 0.50 * L * I^2

Q^2/(5 *10^-6) = 0.002 * 3.5^2

Q = 3.5 *10^-4 C

the maximum charge is 3.5 *10^-4 C

b) at this time , the current in the inductor is Zero

as the capacitor is fully charged
