Explanation: With the introduction of robotics and production the manual processes have become automated which has increased the production along the assembly line also service-based businesses have implemented robotics in fields like billing, customer service etc. which has increased productivity for such organizations but it has reduced the total number of employees required to do the jobs and the robots is the correct answer.
