Answer #1

The goals of development will differ between developing and developed countries because the priorities of both these type of countries will differ to decide upon where the resources are supposed to be used.

For a developing country in which the poor population struggles to get the basic necessities of life; providing basic life preserving goods and economic and social options to improve upon their livelihood are of utmost importance.

On the other hand for a developed country, improving the living standards of people and the economic and social options for the population is a priority because in these type of countries a majority of population are able to meet their basic needs (that's why its a developed country).

Thus, the goals of development differ between a developing and a developed country because a developing country is yet to focus on goals related to providing the basic necessities of life whereas a developed country can focus upon improving the living standards of people as most of the basic necessities of its population are met.
