Weak eletrolyte are weak acid and base.
Since,NaoH and HNO3 are strong base and acid they are strong electrolyte .
NaNo2 and Nano3 are completely soluble in water which means complete dissociation of ion takes place therefore they are not weak electrolyte.
Hence, the weak electrolyte is HNO2 it weak acid.
