The items we ingest from given table are milk, carbonated drinks, orange juice, coffee as you found out pH of all these solution are less than 7 that means they are acidic. So we ingest acidic items from given table.

We consume substances that have pH more then 7 when is acidity in our stomach. That neutralize the extra acid present our stomach. Commonly used acidity remover is milk of magnesia (Magnesium Hydroxide) which has basic nature.
