B + H2O <----------> BH+ + OH-  

initially [B] = 0.025 M

at equilibrium [BH+] = [OH-] = 1.3 x 10-6

[B] = 0.025 - 1.3 x 10-6 = 0.0249987 M

Kb = [BH+][OH-] / [B]

Kb = [1.3 x 10-6][1.3 x 10-6] / [0.0249987]

Kb = 7.0 x 10-11

answer = option e = 6.8 x 10-11 (closest value)
