Number of moles of H3PO4 = molarity×its volume in L

= 0.482 mol/L × 0.0312L= 0.0150384 mole

From balanced chemical equation it is clear that

1 mol H3PO4 reacts with NaOH = 3 mol

0.0150384 mol reacts with NaOH = 3×0.0150384 mol

= 0.0451152 moles

So, now volume of NaOH = number of moles/molarity

= 0.0451152 moles/0.375 mol/L = 0.1203072 L

≈ 120 ml
