The IR frequencies for compound cis-norbornene-5 6-endo-dicarboxylic anhydride can be assigned as follows-

Two signals 1838 and 1759 cm-1 are signature peaks confirming the presence of anhydride moiety.

Signals around 3000 cm-1 and 2900 cm-1 confirms possibilty of -C-H/=C-H stretches.

Presence of several strong stretches in fingerprint region of 1250-1050  indicates the presence C-O-C framework.
