For given reaction the ionic equation can be written as :

Ni2+ (aq) + 2 NO3- (aq) + 2K+ (aq) +S2- (aq) \rightarrow NiS (s) + 2K+ (aq) + 2 NO3- (aq)

so net ionic equation is :

Ni2+ (aq) + S2- (aq) \rightarrow NiS (s)
