Sodium sulfate dissolves in water forming Na+ and SO42- ions in the aqueous solution.

while in hexane it does not get dissociated into ions and hence its a water doluble compound.

Nitrogen forms hydrogen bond with water and gets solubilize in water while there is bonding in case of hexane compound. Hence methyl amine is a water soluble compound.

Nonane is a straight chain hydrocarbon and does not possess any hydrogen bond possessing atom or group and hence it is soluble in hexane
