Ans = B) 0.25 M

HCl is strong acid therefore dissociate completely in water thus mole of HCl and mole of H3O+ are same therefore concentration of HCl = concentration of H3O+

HCl + H2O  \rightarrow H3O+ + Cl-

therefore

[HCl] = [H3O+] = 0.25 M
