Combustion reaction involves reaction between combustible material and oxidiser to form oxidised products. It usually occur when any hydrocarbon react with oxygen to form carbon dioxide and water.

CH4 + O2  \rightarrow CO2 + H2O

Combustion reaction is exothermic reaction i.e it produce heat and thus is commonly called burning.

So answer is b
