Answer #1

Lipoproteins are phospholipid vesicle made of a polar group and hydrphobic group. Polar groups are oriented outside to increase water solubility and hydrophobic groups are oriented inside to carry fat molecues through blood stream. So it is transport protein.

Collagen is a component of connective tissue that imparts strength support and elasticity. Cartilage is connective tissue found throughout the body. Tendons ore tough tissue allowing attachment of muscle to bone and their movement. So it is structural protein.

Trypsin is serin protease found in digestive system of vertebrates. It has a catalytic triad containing histidine, aspartate and serine that catalyzes hydrolysis of peptide bonds. So it is catalytic protein.

Antibodies, Y-shaped proteins, are produced by immune system to neutralize pathogens. So it is protein for protection.

Actins form filaments in muscle cells. Muscle contraction occurs when actin and myosin slide over each other. So it is contractile protein.
